When you send an enquiry, quote request or partner/dealer form, we collect:
- your name, mobile number and city or district;
- the machine or category you are interested in, quantity and your message;
- for partner/dealer forms: firm name, details you give us and GSTIN (if you enter it);
- technical details: your IP address and the date and time of the enquiry, to stop spam and misuse.
We do not ask for payment details, bank details or ID documents on this website.
Why we use it
- to reply to your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail and send you prices and quotations;
- to arrange demonstration, delivery, installation and after-sales service if you buy from us;
- to keep a record of enquiries and improve our products and service;
- to protect the website from spam and fraud, and to meet legal requirements.
By sending a form you agree that we may contact you about your enquiry on the mobile number you give, including by phone call and WhatsApp. We will not send you unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who can see it
- our head office team;
- the Arnav Enterprises branch or authorised dealer nearest to you, so that they can serve your enquiry;
- service providers that run this website for us (web hosting and e-mail), only for that purpose.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We may share it if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to serve you and for our business records — normally up to 3 years after our last contact with you — and then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct or update it;
- delete it, or stop contacting you (withdraw your consent);
- answer any complaint about how we handle your information.

This website uses one small cookie that keeps the enquiry form secure; it is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use advertising cookies.

We protect your information with secure hosting, encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-protected staff access and access limited to the people who need it. No website can be 100% secure, but we take reasonable care.
